  • Order status
    • Staff should be able to:
      • “Accept/Reject” an order. This marks the order as accepted to the customer, or declined to the customer. Be able to include a reason for rejection, if left blank, the field (reason) option is not visible to the customer at all.
      • “Start” an order. This places an order to “processing” or “active” status to the customer.
      • “Complete/Ready” an order. This tells the customer their order is ready for pickup.
      • Add a reason / note to any of the statuses, and indicate if the customer should see the note and or updated note. Make an option to do so on every order.
    • Order tracker for the customer, follow the instructions above for labels.
      • Tracker sends an email when when the order is accepted.
      • Make the templates sent to customer’s email for order status configurable in the admin dashboard.
  • Customer management:
    • Build a “Customer” area in the dashboard specifically for customer relationship management
    • Each order should extract information for customer management automatically, and list it in the CRM.
    • Ability to manage each customer, including deleting, de-activating, and so on.
    • It should track if they have an account or not, regardless count them as a customer.
