+2. **Make the `data/` directory writable:**

+## REQUIREMENTS

+- **PHP** 8.0 or higher
+- **PDO SQLite** extension (enabled by default on most hosts)
+- **Web server:** Apache, Nginx, or `php -S` for local dev

+### Local Development (no web server needed):
