Transitioning the ledger to a SaaS model. User is able to visit the page, select desired plan, and proceed with a newly created instance. Two codebases: SaaS with simple approach of managing multiple instances by a hosting provider, and the other instance as currently is. AI should understand two maintain both instances the same otherwise. The SaaS instance shouldn't need much care other than to manage instances (?).
